The Cottages Senior Care Living is a Home Plus senior long-term care nursing facility located in Garden City, KS. This 6,350 square foot facility is designed to feel like one’s own home. The Cottages includes twelve private rooms with private baths and accessible showers, a shared kitchen, dining area, quiet room, reading room, living room, salon and outdoor patio.

What is Home Plus?

Home Plus is designed to provide nursing care to individuals who can no longer live at home, but need the care of a nurse, minimizing challenges and maximizing quality of life. The Cottages individualizes care delivery around each patients unique needs. Our goal is to help each individual obtain their highest level of function.
